Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By booking with Earthy Stays, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Important: All bookings made through Earthy Stays are strictly non-refundable. Please review our cancellation policy in Section 4 before making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Earthy Stays website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Modifications
Earthy Stays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Bookings & Reservations
Booking Process
All bookings made through Earthy Stays are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and your voucher is available from the website.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking is accurate, including dates and contact details. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Many of our properties have minimum stay requirements, particularly during peak seasons and holidays. These requirements are clearly stated on each property listing and must be adhered to at the time of booking.
Guest Limits
The number of guests staying at a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing. Any extra guest beyond the stated limit must be paid for directly at the property.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.
Full Payment
Full payment is required at booking. Instalment plans and partial payments are not available.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings made through Earthy Stays are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the full amount is charged and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, or change of plans.
No Modifications
Confirmed bookings cannot be modified, including changes to dates. If you wish to make changes, your current booking must be cancelled (without refund) and a new booking made, subject to availability.
Property Unavailability
In the rare event that a property becomes unavailable after your booking is confirmed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to offer you an equivalent alternative property. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.
5. Property Rules & Guest Conduct
House Rules Compliance
All guests are required to comply with the house rules specified for each property. These rules are displayed on the property listing and must be reviewed before booking. Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Check-in & Check-out
Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified for each property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and at the property's discretion, potentially subject to additional charges.
Property Care
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the payment method on file.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, excessive noise, parties (unless explicitly permitted), and any behaviour that disturbs neighbours or other guests is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately for violations.
6. Pet Policy
Pet-Friendly Properties
Only properties explicitly marked as "Pet Friendly" on our platform allow pets. Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly property is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Pet Charges
Properties that accept pets charge an additional nightly fee per pet, clearly stated on the property listing. This charge is added to your total at the time of booking. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
7. Limitation of Liability
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earthy Stays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
Force Majeure
Earthy Stays shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Earthy Stays platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Earthy Stays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to our platform, you grant Earthy Stays a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.
9. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
